JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for answering 2 lines of incoming calls, determining the correct person to handle the call and transferring the call appropriately. Greets and assists all visitors to the department. Sorts and reviews internal mail and documents address corrections to patient's account. Distributes reports to department staff, requests and distributes Medical Records and maintains system down-time report. Interacts with other departments to meet collection objectives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High school diploma, or GEDWork Experience (Years and Area): 2 years previous healthcare in Eligibility or related area.
