The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction for daily operations of the Customer Service/Financial Aid unit for Bon Secours Charity's Central Business Office. The role will oversee the process of handling and resolving customer insurance inquiries, and/or complaints by providing patients with a consistent and seamless experience. The role also oversees the process of managing, tracking, reviewing, and approving hospital-based Charity Care applications to financially support uninsured and underinsured patients with financial need.
