Public Health Laboratory Director (increased salary range)
The Vermont Department of Health (VDH) is currently recruiting for a full-time Public Health Laboratory Director who plans, organizes, and directs the Vermont Public Health Laboratory (VDHL), a high complexity and biosafety level three (BSL-3) laboratory that is accredited by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CLIA) and the Food and Drug Administration (ISO), among others. The hourly pay range was recently revised and is now $53.61-$84.52. The VDHL performs testing to monitor Vermont's population and environment for threats to public health in a state-of-the-art facility.
