Description TEAM Enterprise Analytics is focused on helping the Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) enterprise solve its most complex problems. We recruit team members with strong analytical and communication skills and diligently invest in their growth, learning, and development. We partner with VUMC leadership to help answer their most pressing questions. We create replicable and reliable analyses and help define the "source of truth" for metrics in collaboration with teams across the medical center. We approach each project with the end in mind, work with business partners to thoughtfully frame the problem, agree on ideal outcomes, and use the data to provide actionable, meaningful information.
