Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for the Med/Renal/Gastro Unit at Overlook Medical Center to work 9PM - 7AM, including occasional weekends. Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:The Assistant Nurse Manager serves as a role model and resource, demonstrating clinical excellence in critical care. They actively participate in the recruitment and development of all team members, establishing a pleasant work environment that focuses on teamwork and recognition of individual excellence and maintain an interprofessional relationship with providers, team members, and leadership.The Assistant Nurse Manager collaborates with the Director and Manager of the unit to maintain a safe environment
