Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a part-time Unit Associate for 3 West - Ortho Unit at Chilton Medical Center to work from 3 PM to 11 PM, including every other weekend. Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Maintains integrity medical recordsAnswers telephone courteously stating location, name & title.Facilitates communication of all calls to the appropriate team member.Conveys potential problems with charge nurse/point person.Acts as a receptionist: greeting new admissions, visitors, physicians and all members of the health care team.Picks up mail form the mail-room, sorts and distributes mail.Answers call bell politely, promptly, speaks clearly and utilizes a normaltone
