Postdoctoral Research Fellow- Immuno Engineering
DescriptionDr. Miraldi's Immuno-Engineering Laboratory seeks a computational research fellow to build mathematical models of the immune system in vivo. These models will be constructed from cutting-edge, high-dimensional, immune-system measurements (e.g., single-cell genomics, chromatin state, proteomics). Our mathematical modeling frameworks span mechanistic (e.g., dynamic gene regulatory networks) to deep learning (e.g., prediction of cellular epigenomes from DNA sequence). Situated at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, we are dedicated to the design of computational methods and systems-immunology studies that will ultimately improve the health of children.
