DescriptionSummary:The System Director, Business Operations and Transactions Counsel provides legal services on matters relating to business operations, contracts, governance and transactions involving hospitals, ancillary and ambulatory facilities, physician groups and other providers within a nonprofit healthcare system. This counsel will work with and at the direction of more senior attorneys and autonomously within designated areas.
