New Hire and Employee Referral IncentiveSubject to the applicable section of the CNA MOA 2020-2023, Amendment #5 (Secs. 5001 – 5002): May be approved for up to 10% of a one-time New Hire Incentive pending approval (Not applicable for Per Diem positions). In compliance with specific requirements, effective 10/12/2022 a regular employee may be eligible for an Employee Referral Incentive of $500 (Registered Nurse II only). Under direction, is responsible for providing professional direct or indirect nursing care to patients.APPROXIMATE SALARY:Registered Nurse I (RN I):  $34.69 - $36.46 per hourRegistered Nurse II (RN II): $42.79 - $51.18   per hour
