Manager, Central Scheduling - FT/Days
The Manager plans, supervises and monitors the activities of the employees in the Central Scheduling/PBX areas insuring that the departments operate efficiently and effectively.  Provides administrative, educational and technical expertise for the areas.  Monitors and reviews the operating budget on a bi-weekly and monthly basis to achieve budget expectations.  Evaluates staff for competency and productivity.  Collaborates with clinical and medical staff leadership to insure accuracy and quality of scheduling.  Adheres to regulations and policies.  Participates and implements all performance improvement projects related to the areas.
