JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Team Manager, is responsible for resolution and collection of an assigned group of third-party accounts, performing follow-up, adjustments, refunds, and administrative duties as assigned. Position will be responsible for working / researching unpaid and denied claims for the professional team. Applicants should have some experience working with claims and payers. Payer web site knowledge a plus but not required. Full time, remote positions that are Monday through Friday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Proficient use of CRT, typing and PC skills.

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Organizational, analytical and decision-making skills are necessary.

Must be detail and result oriented and be able to handle stressful situations.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical and decision-making skills are necessary

Customer service experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

AR follow up experience preferred but not required
