In this position you will:
Participate in IDT meetings as needed
Perform virtual visits with hospice patients
Determine hospice eligibility
Assist with preparation of certification of Terminal Illness (CTI) and recertification documentation
Display working knowledge of hospice rules and regulations.

Board certified/eligible at time of employment
Hospice and Palliative Care experience
Graduate of an accredited medical school
Licensed in the state of WA by time of employment
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
