SUMMARY:Responsible for all aspects of revenue cycle compliance auditing, and improvement implementation which include documenting processes, technical analysis and training program design, testing and final implementation. Develop, plan and customize training strategies to ensure a smooth and effective launch of Revenue Cycle Policy/Procedure Process Improvement training. Also, this position will develop, implement and coordinate staff training. This will include developing materials, scheduling of classes, and coordinating training with new or existing employees and other areas as needed.
