Remote position with one day a week onsite
Under the direction of the Team Manager, is responsible for resolution and collection of an assigned group of third-party accounts, performing follow-up, adjustments, refunds, and administrative duties as assigned.
Position is remote except 1 day a month travel to Crystal A building in Hershey.
This is not a patient facing position. - patient interaction on phone only
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient use of CRT, typing and PC skills.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
Organizational, analytical and decision-making skills are necessary.
Must be detail and result oriented and be able to handle stressful situations.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and decision-making skills are necessary
Customer service experience
AR follow up experience preferred but not required
