Akron Children's Hospital Pediatrics (ACHP) brings pediatric primary care for babies, children and teens to many northeast Ohio communities through our 35+ pediatric offices. We are expanding our primary care network to meet the demand of regional growth.  Akron Children's Hospital Pediatrics (ACHP) is seeking BE/BC Pediatricians to join our growing primary care network as part of our Float Pediatrician team. The float pediatricians assist with providing care in any of our practice locations covering for vacations, CME, vacancies, and FMLA. Join our current float team of 15 pediatricians with an attractive schedule of Monday through Friday during normal business hours. There are no call responsibilities making the position ideal for those wishing to be in an outpatient setting without call or nursery responsibilities. We offer full and part-time opportunities working 3-5 days per week to aid in work/life balance. We welcome new graduates or established providers to join our team.  
Our offices follow standard hospital-based policies, while retaining the local culture of each practice. Our physicians enjoy the use of EPIC as a system-wide integrated electronic health record. Our primary care offices are all PCMH certified. The Patient-Centered Medical Home is a model of care that puts patients at the forefront of care. PCMHs build better relationships between people and their clinical care teams. Research shows that they improve quality, the patient experience and staff satisfaction, while reducing health care costs.
