Job Overview: Ambulatory Access Analytics is looking for a Artificial Intelligence & Predictive Analytics Lead to join our team of data analytic experts. This position is responsible for designing, developing and supporting dashboard, analytic and reporting solutions for a wide variety of business intelligence data sets. Directly accountable for implementation of predictive data models that will help prepare the organization for future outcomes. They will manage the data retrieval and analysis within the ambulatory setting. Position has a diverse scope of leading processes, procedures, and people responsible for accurate data collecting, processing, modeling, and analysis ensuring data accuracy and consistency in reporting. They will use advanced data and predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings to leverage into initiatives that will support business outcomes.

Develop advance AI and machine learning techniques to yield the most accurate data models
Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and optimize business opportunities
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, analytics design, measure definitions, data integration and usability to assist with the development of enterprise level data concepts
Build, develop, and maintain data models to ensure decisions are based on the best available data
Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables
Demonstrates ability to forecast complex resource needs, identify discrete tasks, set priorities, define dependencies, schedule activities, meet deadlines, and organize work for a single functional area
Solves highly complex problems and recommends solutions that may have broad impact
Bachelor's degree (preferred in a technical field: engineering, statistics, technology, computer science related)
5+ years in an analytical position with AI / machine learning experience
Strong working knowledge of SQL, including techniques for writing efficient code over large datasets
Experience with applying statistics and data science tools on large datasets
Candidates must be able to use advanced statistical data modeling techniques and tools
Ability to develop, validate, and compare Clinical Prediction Models
Able to explain Prediction Models behavior and results in an understandable way
Advance knowledge of statistical modeling techniques: GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
Strong Python development experience
Ability to aggregate and blend data from different data sources
