DescriptionSUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Responsible for sheduling patients, triaging calls based on inquiries, assisting with prior authorizations, and heavy data entry. SHIFT: M-F 8-430pm. Potential to work from home 2 days a week once fully trained. REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES???Customer ServiceProvides assistance and services to patients, families, staff and external agencies in the accurate completion of patient registration, admission and scheduling. Investigates and resolves customer requests, questions or problems according to CCHMC policies and procedures.
