Overview
Child Abuse Pediatrician
Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a child abuse board certified or eligible pediatrician to join our medical group. Our new physician will perform medical evaluations as part of a multi-disciplinary team for alleged victims of child abuse and neglect. In addition, they will interface with community partners, including law enforcement and child protective services, for the Portland metro area and throughout Oregon. In addition to outpatient clinical work based at CARES Northwest, a children's advocacy center located on the Randall Children's Hospital/Legacy Emmanuel campus, this role involves supporting Kaiser professionals via telephone consultation, providing expert witness testimony, and providing ongoing training and education for Kaiser providers. The inpatient call coverage is being determined.
