The Manager plans, supervises and monitors the activities of the employees in the Orange County Insurance Verification area insuring that the department operates efficiently and effectively. Manages the department to insure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. Implements quality services through effective leadership, planning and teaching. Participates and implements all Performance Improvement projects related to the area. Manages operations in a cost effective manner while meeting budget expectations. Manages the front end revenue cycle by establising processes that promote front end collections.
