Responsibilities: Responsible for inpatient care and follow-up for patients admitted to the medical ward at the Robley Rex VAMC on academic team and/or COVID team as assigned. Responsible for medical consultation to inpatients admitted to other services including providing consultation services on the inpatient psychiatry unit. Supervision, training, and teaching of the University of Louisville School of Medicine General Internal Medicine house staff and students who are assigned to VA. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
