Position Summary: The Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager is responsible for providing system-wide assistance in the implementation and development of MultiCares program to oversee third party audits/monitoring reviews, contracted privacy support, and manages third party privacy related projects and initiatives. This position serves as a subject matter expert to provide project consultation across the organization in the matters of privacy, data, and civil rights. The Privacy & Civil Rights Program Manager communicates expert guidance and consultation on federal, state, and local regulations/requirements to all levels of leadership and department staff.
Minimum Requirements: Six (6) years of professional experience in Healthcare, with three (3) years of compliance (including government oversight, ERM, audit, contracting or legal), privacy or security experience required
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Bachelors degree required Graduate degree or advanced certification preferred CHC or CHPC (Certified in HealthCare Compliance, Privacy, or Security) or comparable certification required Certification in ADA, DEI or related area preferred
