Job Summary: As the Lead Patient Access Liaison, you are responsible for leading, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. You will act in conjunction with the Supervisor and in the absence of the Supervisor you will oversee the daily functions and operation of your area, you will be the contact person for team members of your area, so your communication and organizational skills should be excellent. You should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
