As a part of the OptumCare network, Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Geriatrician to join a well-established, long-standing practice. Options for a part-time position are available based on the organization's needs. Qualified candidates will have experience working in patient homes and in office, hospice, and palliative care settings. At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing Physician-led care locally.

 Our Geriatrics Primary Care model is designed to deliver personalized care to our patients from the comfort of their homes. Our dedicated team supports patients and their families while offering the flexibility of working around their existing daily routines. This model will provide mostly home care, but some office visits will be incorporated within some of our primary care sites as the model progresses.

Required Qualifications:

• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of practice experience
• Experience working within a Team Care model
• Fluency in EMR systems & technology
