Join a thriving, high quality pediatric practice of 6 pediatricians and 1 ARNP in Olympia, Washington.  We are a member of Seattle Children's Care Network CIN and Multicare Connected Care CIN.  We have integrated behavioral health and are devoted to addressing the social determinants of health.  Reach out and Read is a key part of our clinic.  We are in the process of PCMH certification and have participated in multiple studies on vaccine hesitancy with Seattle Children's and grants to support our work and quality improvement.  We love our PCC EHR and use it to drive quality and performance.  Call is every 6th with rounding on healthy newborns and overnight nurse triage.   We have many Spanish and Vietnamese speaking patients and have 6 bilingual staff members to assist in our ca
