Job Summary: The Service Excellence Associate extends supportive services to assist in meeting the non-medical needs of our patients and caregiver and assists with ensuring efficient functioning of Service Excellence department. Responsibilities: Rounds in lounges, providing supportive services and ensuring comfort of guests. Provides reception, makes appointments, assists with accessing resources, provides supportive listening, makes referrals as appropriate. Provides coverage for Surgical Waiting Room when needed. Provides division office and phone support. Creates user accounts for the Patient Portal. Answers the Portal Help phone line and email to assist user
