He/she will be responsible for managing a broad range of daily operations of the 6 JHACH regional hospital NICUs within our care network including oversight of quality, safety, and compliance - all to ensure that patients throughout the region receive the highest quality of neonatal care possible. Requirements include board certification in neonatology with a strong record of leadership and clinical excellence. Our ideal candidate will have experience leading a neonatology team in a setting with multiple NICU locations.
