Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care physician to join our growing medical group as a Virtual Urgent Care Provider. This is a virtual position with some in-person Urgent Care clinic requirements. Full-time or part-time options are available.
24/7 Virtual Urgent Care is a cutting-edge, virtual service line offering convenient, same-day urgent care to Kaiser Permanente members with same-day care needs. We utilize a video-first strategy to deliver convenient, affordable, high-quality care. We are recruiting highly motivated and innovative physicians who are committed to leveraging the latest technology platforms to provide seamless, coordinated care and an exceptional patient experience. Clinical positions will be composed of both in-person urgent care work in the Kaiser Permanente NW region (Oregon, SW Washington) and remote virtual work.
Applicants should have experience with telehealth and digital health technologies OR be enthusiastic about learning how to fully adopt telehealth into their daily practice.
1 year of post training experience preferred.
Maintain minimum attendance requirement for monthly departmental meetings: 70% meeting attendance per year (all meetings can be attended asynchronously).
Participate in QA process.
Work collaboratively with physician leadership and other team members.
Maintain appropriate and timely clinical documentation and coding.
Participate in yearly performance reviews.
