Support and maintain patient satisfaction and patient/customer relations databases and provide analytic services for decision making and operational performance analysis. Develop reporting methods that foster the creation and implementation of improvement action planning. Partner with director and project managers to identify enhancements that will improve efficiencies and patient experience results. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
