This position will be the recruiting market expert for that market, focusing on grpwth and expansion geographies and micromarkets. Coordinate with the Group leaders, hospital CEOs, business development, and physicians in identifying and qualifying additional physician candidates for open positions based on community need. Role will implement and emphasize best practices in recruitment to meet the physician recruitment goals of the assigned facilities in making long-term stable placements. Works with independent physicians as we well as Palm Beach Health Network (PBHN) Physician Group.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelorâ��s Degree required
Knowledge and experience in the Physician Recruitment
Must be able to work with senior Administration members, build excellent relationships with many types of professionals
Local travel position; must be able to work productively on the road several days a week
Self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service, organizational, problem solving and time management skills are essential
Proficiency in a windows environment with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and the Internet is required
Understanding of recruitment laws and regulations
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a complex, matrix environment
