This position is fully remote.
Shifts vary 5pm-9am Monday Friday and 24 hours on Saturday-Sunday. Regular weekend hours are required

Flexible in your approach and demeanor in order to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances.
Use your strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support the Department of Medicine and Neurology by providing administrative/triage support to patients calling after-hours.
Ensure patients are assisted in a timely and courteous manner by functioning as the primary person responsible for triaging calls to the clinical team outside of regular business hours.
Update and maintain the electronic medical records (EMR), coordinate with clinical staff, and handle a high call volume effectively.
A High School Diploma plus two years of relevant experience OR Bachelors Degree plus one year of experience A minimum of 1 year experience in a call-center role strongly preferred.
Experience working with patients is a plus.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Strong computer skills
Ability to handle acutely ill patients in stressful situations
