The Manager will work collaboratively with leadership and their designated departments to develop focused, equitable, and impactful health equity interventions in the area of Primary Care.

Master's Degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, social sciences, health sciences or related field. A Bachelor's Degree may be acceptable with commensurate experience managing health equity or public health programs.
Three years general program management experience in a healthcare (or community health) setting required.
Three years' experience in health equity, cultural competence, diversity or language services or related field
Excellent organizational skills with a track record of sound project management experience required.
Proven experience with successful stakeholder management and working in a consultative environment with business leaders. Demonstrated experience with coordinating outreach, health education, or other equivalent programs in healthcare or community.
Works collaboratively with health equity leadership and their designated areas/departments to develop focused, equitable, and impactful health equity interventions, including partnering closely with iREACH, Quality & Safety and other partners involved in achieving AOP goals related to health equity.
Manages a broad range of strategic and tactical activities related to the identification, development, and implementation of health equity initiatives.
Manages data collection, analysis and reporting to support implementation of health equity interventions.
Monitors program budgets, working closely with Health Equity leadership and any administrative staff for grant funded programs.
