Description Assistant Director, Change Management (Learning & Development) Job Summary: The Assistant Director, Change Management will play a key role in ensuring VUMC's Workday implementation meets objectives by increasing employee readiness, adoption and usage. This role will focus on the people side of change for this and future initiatives including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and executing on change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
