The Sloan Kettering Institute (SKI) Realty department is seeking a Residential Resource Coordinator to assist in leading the allocation of MSKs residential resources to support the housing needs of its research and clinical staff and trainees.
Assist in all administrative functions as regards allocation of residential resources to various eligible staff and trainees
Act as liaison for Department between residents and external points of contact including, but not limited to, brokers, condo partners, Institutional recruiting entities, etc.
Act as first-line support for customers and administrative staff; stand in for manager as needed.
Assist in the development of reference and resource materials to improve customer experience.
Identify ways to continue improvement in performance and process for our team.
Capable of building strong customer relationships
An effective communicator, capable of establishing how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding
Willing to take action and eager to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with a innovative thinking, high energy, and passion
Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with Departmental goals and initiatives

Flexible and open-minded to new initiatives and ever-evolving Institutional needs and priorities
4-7 years of relevant experience and high school diploma required; Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong prioritization and attention to detail
Recognized interpersonal and organizational skills
Confident and effective working with diverse stakeholders, to include MSK leadership
The ability to be dedicated, work independently and use good judgment
