Overview This position is responsible for completing the financial clearance process within patient access which includes schedulingandregistration activitiesincluding insurance eligibility and point of service collections. Individuals in this role are expected to demonstrate behaviors that create a welcoming environment and deliver an exceptional experience topatients, families and other customers. ThePatient Access Services Rep(PAS) must be able to articulate information in a manner thatensurespatients, guarantors and family membershave clear expectationsof their visitandunderstand theirresponsibilities. Current Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 pm (Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday / Week Two: Wednesday and Thursday)
