Description JOB SUMMARY: A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the creation, delivery, and optimization of comprehensive training programs. This role will work closely with unit leaders to design and continually refine functional training programs related to patient access and contact center standards. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering engaging adult learning content virtually. This person will use probing questions and collaboration to determine root causes of process and performance issues and will understand how to assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate workplace learning or engagement independently.
