Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking Vaccinators to support the COVID-19 vaccination program in the Portland, OR metro area.

Major Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Administer COVID-19 Vaccinations

Minimum Education

• Degree in direct healthcare (i.e. MD, DO, CNM, CNS, PA, NP, CRNA, RN, or DPM)

Minimum Work Experience

• Prior experience where scope of practice included the administration of immunizations

Additional Requirements

• Active healthcare license if working in Washington state

Physical Requirements and Work environment

• This job is performed in a normal office environment
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on a telephone
• Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as a copy machine, printer, or calculator

Preferred Work Experience

• Prior experience as a Kaiser Healthplan / Hospital or Northwest Permanente employee (Retiree or former employee in good standing)
