The Manager Research Core Lab manages a research core laboratory which provides technical services to multiple research labs. Duties include staff management, scheduling investigators use of resources for their projects, developing cost and billing structures to recoup the shared expenses, trouble shooting and maintaining technical equipment, quality assurance, and customer service.  

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in genomics and next generation sequencing technologies, sample analysis, cell sorting and FACS, with strong leadership and communication skills. This individual will lead two small groups to establish flow cytometry and sequencing operations and drive continuous improvements in new technologies and cross functional collaborations. One of the main objectives for the position is to recruit, manage and develop team members.
