NVNA and Hospice, the only independent non-profit home health agency serving Boston’s South Shore, seeks an experienced Vice President (VP) of Hospice and Palliative Care Services with a passion for quality home health care, end of life care, wellness, and public health services. As a member of the senior team, the VP will function as an effective clinical leader while inspiring staff to work together in pursuit of high-quality patient care. The VP will establish strong relationships throughout the department, partner with leadership and drive process improvement initiatives to attain best practices in the industry.
This position represents an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned clinical hospice leader. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned clinical hospice leader and a strong coach and mentor who will increase clinical competencies within the department and focus on hospice education. He/She will possess effective communication skills, strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach, and ability to build trusting relationships with management, colleagues, and subordinates. The VP will support NVNA and Hospice’s long-term growth strategy by demonstrating and ensuring high-quality long-term care for the patients they serve.
