Manages research education-related resources, including but not limited to laboratory resources, data resources, research mentorship and student research database to enhance student research education and to support investigator-driven research. Manages all aspects of the Medical Research Honors Program. Works closely with the Phenomic Analytics and Clinical Data Core and be the point of contact for the college investigators and students looking to utilize organizational data assets for research education and scholarship.
Oversee and manage data resources and provide comprehensive data support services to faculty and students, managing all aspects of the medical research honors program, including but not limited to, canvas course content, recruitment of prospective students and mentors, promotional materials and portal/website content, application process, and day-to-day implementation/operation of the program.
Oversee all data sourcing, data entry and data management related to student research database on the portal, working closely with IT to ensure functionality for students.
Communicate with faculty, students, and alumni regarding research and scholarly products, creating and maintaining tracking and accountability systems especially as required for accreditation.
Promote student research capacity by fostering internal and external research partnerships among educational campuses, volunteer clinical practice sites, and community partner organizations.
Develop and maintain records of student research activities within the research database.
Maintain and provide information about research teams and mentors as well as research interests of faculty members for use by students and the college.
Track student research experiences, progress, and milestones and provide student-based feedback and prepare periodic reports..
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, as required by investigators, administrators, funding agencies and accrediting bodies.
Manage data collection and analysis for funding applications and scholarly publications.

Three to five years functional experience in a biomedical research setting is preferred. Supervisor or project management experience is preferred.
