Cejka Search has been exclusively retained by Sinai Health System in Chicago, Illinois to assist in the recruitment of a proven healthcare executive to serve as the President, Sinai Medical Group & Ambulatory Enterprise.

A restructured leadership role, the President will now be responsible for the strategy, vision, operations and management for the Sinai Medical Group, a highly specialized multispecialty medical group, as well as Sinai Health System’s Ambulatory Enterprise consisting of interdisciplinary primary and specialty care, tertiary referrals and community-based practice relationships. The President will provide executive leadership to expand, optimize and integrate the medical group/physician enterprise throughout the market and across the continuum of care. The President will implement initiatives to drive targeted results in the areas of operational performance, access to care, service experience, healthy growth, fiscal responsibility, and quality/population health. With accountability to and in close collaboration with the System Chief Operating Officer/Executive Vice President, the President will maintain the vision and mission of the organization that will provide comprehensive health services to the community with the strategy of becoming the Provider of Choice. The President will support physician leadership and all related discipline Medical Directors/Chairs to promote the highest standards of clinical care and advance quality, patient safety and service excellence benchmarks.

Located on Chicago’s West and Southwest Side, Sinai Health System is comprised of Mount Sinai Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital, Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital, Sinai Children’s Hospital, Sinai Community Institute, Sinai Medical Group, and Sinai Urban Health Institute. Successful candidates will be accomplished healthcare executives with a proven track record and a depth of experience in successfully managing a high performing faculty practice plan or large, multi-location integrated medical group. The President will demonstrate significant experience fostering a culture that promotes physician engagement, collaboration, and a multidisciplinary approach to advancing quality care, exceptional service, and financial performance.
