Work Hours/Shift: Full Time You Will Be Responsible For: Supervisor Core Responsibilities: Plan, develop, coordinate and organize daily operations. Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills. Maintains current knowledge of department developments and is active on implementation. Communicates appropriately and professionally with front-line staff, physicians, patients and visitors. Maintains a professional relationship with all customers and co-workers. Communicates effectively and frequently with team members to share information, demonstrates model behavior and exhibits problem solving in a positive manner which supports the AdventHealth Ocala Mission, Vision and Service Standards. Leadership: Encourages growth of employees by mentoring, teaching and support. Resolves employee issues effectively and provides support and guidance throughout the team members day to day activities. Assists personnel to include interviewing, orientation and training and staff development. Responsibly directs and monitors employees in the performance of job duties in order to ensure adequate performance and quality of work. Directs the assignment of employees to particular duties or activities or to authorize and assign overtime to employees where appropriate. Job Summary: The Clinical Supervisor plans, develops, coordinates and organizes the daily operations. Responsible for the quality, outcome and efficiency of electrocardiography, cardiac stress testing services, EEG and echocardiography procedures. Provides Cardiac support services to all patients. Responsible for maintaining budget guidelines, labor usage, supply costs, procedure volumes and productivity. Demonstrates leadership in a positive manner, motivates and educates staff, communicates effectively with staff, administration and physicians. Promotes patient and employee satisfaction. Responsible for orientation and training of new employees. Demonstrates flexibility, and is compliant with special requests as situations dictate. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
