As our Enrollment Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for a state funded program providing quality prostate cancer treatment for indigent men. In this role, you will be the point of contact for the Program for patients, patient's family members, providers, and community partners.
In this role, you will work on daily enrollment operations and ensure expeditious patient enrollment to meet the project's data collection needs; prepare enrollment summary reports, including patient recruitment for the Program Administrator, answer the Program 800 number; perform and monitor patient eligibility, and enrollment in the program.
Experience analyzing clinical patient care and enrollment data, including drafting reports
Demonstrated experience in conducting Medi-Cal screening and eligibility statewide in hospital setting.
Working knowledge of uninsured individuals and cancer care programs.
Analytical skills to analyze information, practices, and procedures make recommendations for effective solutions.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) – skill in speaking clearly, distinctly, and using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to obtain and convey information
Skill in drafting clinical correspondence (English and Spanish) utilizing correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Experience developing, monitoring, and implementing office systems and procedures to ensure smooth and effective operation.
