Provides efficient and effective administration support to the Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Physician Compensation financial leaders, while operating in an administrative team environment with other Finance Administration assistants to ensure efficiency and organization within the various departments: Treasury Management, System Reporting, Financial Planning, Financial Systems, Reporting and Reimbursement. Reports to the AVP, Financial Planning.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
• Demonstrates ability to be service and deadline oriented, requiring strong communication and organizational skills and ability to understand complex organization structures in order to effectively facilitate/accomplish Executive Office goals and responsibilities. • Thorough understanding of multiple software products for use in preparation of key presentations including: o Microsoft Office 2010 products (including Outlook) o Internet Explorer o Sharepoint 2010 o Adobe Acrobat XPro • Demonstrates good people skills including, but not limited to, maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality at all times, excellent customer skills, management of difficult situations and achieving expected goals and timelines. • Demonstrates competence in written, oral and electronic communication skills with a high degree of accuracy. • Demonstrates knowledge of office efficiency flows and time management. • Demonstrates research skills including library and web research. • Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment, providing support and sharing responsibilities when needed. • Demonstrates ability to work independently and effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and assignments. • Demonstrates strong organizational skills • Demonstrates ability to represent the organization and departments in a professional manner, appearance and demeanor.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Business, secretarial or related field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years administrative/secretarial experience required.
