Responsible for planning, designing and implementing a range of reference, research and instructional services for distance learning students at the Baptist School of Health Professions. Works closely with faculty and administrators to develop and integrate information literacy instructional content into Moodle. This person also provides in-person reference services and assists with other library-related duties in the physical library as needed. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Masterï¿½s degree in Library Science or equivalent degree from an accredited college or university.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: MLS from an American Library Associations (ALA) ï¿½ Accredited Institution
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year of experience as a librarian or new graduate.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of library experience.
