Provides operational and administrative oversight for Geisinger at Home and Care at Home staff across the Geisinger service area. In partnership with the clinical team, the Operations Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of business development and operational initiatives, population analysis, systems of care coordination, process improvement strategies, barrier analysis and data management. Monitors operational staff performance and coordinates ongoing staff development strategies. Ensures staff compliance with regulatory requirements. Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of Geisinger at Home and Care at Home in its efforts to provide quality healthcare, promote member and provider satisfaction, and enhance fiscal outcomes. Works under the direction of the Sr. Director of Operations.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
·Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare, Business or related field required. Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred. Registered Nurse preferred.
·Three (3) years supervisory and/or program management experience required.
·Demonstrated experience implementing operational and performance improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting.
·Experience or knowledge of health insurance operations preferred.
