Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School seek to expand its Urologic Oncology program in the Department of Surgery. Applicants should have fellowship training in Urologic Oncology and/or Robotic and Laparoscopic surgery and a strong interest in developing a robust bladder cancer program and playing an important role within a multidisciplinary GU Program.
Enthusiastic physicians with the appropriate surgical training and energy to play a key role within the State of New Jersey’s only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center and who wish to participate in very active clinical and translational research programs are encouraged to apply. Exceptional opportunities exist for collaborations with strong research programs including clinical trials, cancer chemoprevention, clinical and basic pharmacology, Phase 1 clinical trials as well as abundant opportunities for clinical and scientific interactions with internationally known investigators in the basic science and clinical departments. Applicants must have M.D. degree and eligible for board certification in Urology. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
