A full-time Audiology faculty position is available immediately in the Dept of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Univ of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. We provide comprehensive adult and pediatric audiologic services; therefore, experience with hearing aid dispensing, balance, evoked potentials and basic diagnostic is preferred. Our mission is to advance our understanding of the disease process and to improve treatment in the disciplines of Otorhinolaryngology, Audiology and Speech Pathology. We seek to accomplish the mission in a setting that provides exceptional patient care, comprehensive training for otolaryngology residents, and advanced training for fellows in both Head and Neck Oncologic Surgery and micro-vascular reconstruction. Our patients receive outpatient care at one of our five clinic locations (four on campus and one off campus) including the Oklahoma City VA and two Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Inpatient services are provided primarily at OU Medical Center, The Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center, Peggy & Charles Stephenson Oklahoma Cancer Center and the Oklahoma City VA Hospital.
Our faculty are all fellowship trained and have a strong commitment to training the next generation of our specialty while being active in the local, regional and national otolaryngology community.
