A division of Ascension Texas, Seton Health Alliance providers is a clinically integrated network of nearly 2,800 health care providers. The Alliance delivers value-based care to approximately 160,000 Central Texans through contracts with CMS, Aetna, United Healthcare and one direct-to-employer relationship. Governed by physicians, Seton Health Alliance’s provider network includes 750+ primary care physicians; 3000+ specialists; 9 hospitals, including the only Level 1 trauma centers for children and adults in Central Texas. Reporting to the President/CEO, Seton Insurance Services, The Vice President of the Clinical Integration and Accountable Care Network is a key strategic and operational leader for the Seton Health Alliance. S/he will provide leadership in assessing, developing and implementing quality and cost data management systems to deliver superior clinical, financial and operational outcomes.
Essential requirements/experience include:
Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, public policy or relevant field. For physician candidates, an active unrestricted license to practice medicine in Texas (or ability to gain such a license) is preferred.
Five (5) years of senior level healthcare operations management experience. Demonstrated experience in progressively more senior leadership roles with managed care organizations, large organized physician groups, and/or integrated delivery systems.
A sophisticated understanding of population health, risk-based arrangements, performance-based networks and other progressive models of care delivery and payor/provider partnerships
