Mayo Clinic-Rochester Physician / Scientist
The Division of Epidemiology within the Department of Health Sciences Research at Mayo Clinic is seeking applications for an open-rank faculty position in Epidemiology with specific expertise in chronic disease epidemiology and aging with a focus on characterizing determinants and outcomes of aging. The successful candidate will support the needs and priorities of the collaborative research done by the Robert and Arlene Kogod Center on Aging and the Division of Epidemiology in the areas of aging, biomarker discovery, and clinical and public health translation. The candidate will be expected to play a major role in obtaining funding as a principal investigator or co-investigator, providing major contributions to these fields of science, developing national scientific visibility, and having a translational impact on clinical practice and public health.
