The Group Director of Human Resources has 24-hour a day, seven days a week responsibility for the Human Resources Department at Hartgrove Behavioral Health System and Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital. This individual ensures the department is in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as accrediting and regulatory agencies. The Group Human Resources Director duties would also include full-cycle recruitment process, employee relations, HRIS, employee file organization and Joint Commission compliance, workers compensation, performance evaluation process, employee benefits and general compliance with ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, ERISA and all other federal, state and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required, only with substantial HR multi-site leadership experience.
Experience: 3+ years in Senior Human Resource Leadership required.
Licensure/Certification: PHR or SPHR strongly preferred
Knowledge: Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning human resource administration in a health care setting required.
